Hi,

I think new forum members should receive an automated PM from the forum.

It should say the rules, some hints and some tips.

As of current this is not implemented.

Didn't you made the same post before?

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.
