I believe first change from the name you used to register is free. Other namechanges are paid unless you are only adding a group tag.

Edit: the tables have turned, I thought this was IV:MP! :D

Work for some money. A good job that you will get a good amount of money is the firemen job which you can go on duty in any fire station.

A free name change will be provided if you join a group and you need to add a tag for example..

We solved this issue together in game, because the player was new he was offered a complete name change :).
