I know I did ignore Brian, but that's because I had a very solid reason, imo. The reason is I was RPing.


I claim Four Dragons Casino as mine, and to those who asked for evidence of me owning the property, I have provided them RPily. In RP, they are of course fake as I haven't actually purchased the casino yet. If the person getting kicked out of the casino has any doubts that I do not own the casino, he may call the cops/FBI/SWAT or even AirDivHA if he pleases so. But is that DeathMatching ?

I had a reason, and he was totally ignoring me, telling me how he would ban me. Then Brian comes and says what I was doing isn't RP. Tell me how the other guy RPed ? Because I didn't see him RPing. Unless calling an admin is RP, which makes me a DMer.

And on a side note, that won't harm anyone if I put it here, he said "kill me". I thought he started to RP after finishing to gamble and that was his last wish.

I told you several times, you can't go in a casino, say that you own it, and then shoot people because 'they deal in my casino'. It is not your casino, the casino is owned by the state until you purchase is, this means untill it says 'Owned by Stivi Gvardia' or anyone that allows you to lead the casino, EVERYONE can use it. I told you this several times, and you just decided to ignore what I said.

Yes, the deal is owned by the STATE. The guy can call the COPS, not the ADMINS. Two different things, even though admins are cops, they still shouldn't confuse their jobs.

I didn't do those RP actions, you obviously didn't read them. I asked you to explain how I was DMing, you said you can not claim the casino as yours. That's not the explanation I was looking forward to seeing, and nor was it any explanation, was it ?

True, I understood that after he said u'll get banned. But at first, he was using brackets so I could understand he wasn't RPing with me. And even after you came there, I kept RPing with him and he didn't RP with me. And you witnessed it, didn't you ? He also threat to ban me.

The issue with this is that you are forcing people in to your roleplay, you are forcing them out of the casino as you RP it as 'yours' without any input from other players. What stops them from RPing it being theirs? And that's the big issue here. You are forcing people to go in to your side of the role play, and if they don't like it, they'll get killed, and that is why it is not allowed. It's unfair towards others. That'd be like me standing in front of a ammunition that is not sold yet - Then kill everyone that enters as I RP owning it. Just doesn't make sense. Argonath is very open in role play, but some things are just set how they are, like this.

The a-team says i was wrong, i understand that i am. in the future i might do this again, but differently, and forward my plan to an online admin to see if i am wrong or not.

We both know I won't get far if I continue being stubborn about my actions, so I'd rather give up on it and maybe get a chance to play on the server.

Just to clarify, anybody can deal in an unowned casino but they cannot claim it is theirs in order to force other players out. You can only do that if you own the casino. I read in one of your replies that you will repeat this behaviour, so I want you to tell me that you won't otherwise you will not get unbanned.
