Clarification about drugs

Everyone is amazed with the criminal system update (drugs), never seen any other player getting annoyed about it but there is something no one is understanding.... Server isn't only SAPD and Criminals, server isn't only money... The missing key is the old imagination that everyone had. What's more annoying, you guys focusing only on yourselves thinking that the game is your "life" putting the blame on the scripters who're trying to make the server more enjoyable but you guys just keep moaning about a virtual "money".

I seriously don't understand how can you base everything on imagination.
If everything is based on imagination, let's remove all the cars, all the house and business interiors and let's imagine being inside them.
Nobody lacks imagination, RS4 had more features and they were more effective and more simple, that's a fact.
I still don't get if RS5 is in alpha stage, beta stage or in full release, because some say one thing some say other.

You guys are really putting a lot of effort, to make Argonath even more annoying for players, and even more empty then it is at the moment.

And before anyone  dare to say I'm wrong, go check the groups activity section, and the player count on the server.

The whole update is just the last nail in a coffin you guys are putting, to completely destroy groups activity.

Nothing personal to anyone, nor negative, but this is the truth, and you gotta hear it.

Who said you're wrong?  But you are very late in saying it not like we haven't noticed the server activity recently been like that for a while.
Do find it laughable that it's the update to the drug market that's at fault for group activity, that's just trying to point fingers because you have nowhere else to point.  Market will never be perfect, it was never meant for a replacement for player > player trading (doesn't happen because no one has the money or they are whoring it) and it was certainly never meant as a way to earn a absurd amount of money quickly.  It was simply a extra feature for those who had a specific status.

What would you guys want that prices changed on a hourly/daily basis ranging between $?? > $??
Cause this is what I see it comes down to that you cannot sell the drugs you have because you will be at a loss thus the uproar.

To be honest RS5 has more features than RS4 but you people just keep crying for RS4 easy money winning and abusing firemission bugs to get 200k per mission. If people say a lot of things why don't you judge by yourself and say something by yourself instead of listening to other's bullshit and judging the wrong sides?

Zaila to be honest,  you are right. You people are basically trying to improve the status of RP and i dont know about anyone but i do appreciate it, But as far as i have seen if just people would comply strictly to RP they can get rid of the money problem, Kidnapping people and all your money on cars, Guns and recruiting people is wasted if it is possible please improve this thing in server and i am sure no one would be crying over money

Alright, this is not to offend anyone but I just keep seeing this over and over again. And it getting rather annoying..

For some reason it seems like none of you have heard of the words 'Constructive Criticism'. I mostly see people say 'The script is bad because its 'blabla'. Yet, most ideas things that Zaila had made for YOU guys were out of YOUR ideas in the idea topic. And when he combines them, you guys are 'moaning' about it again. For example, Plam saw some flaws in the drugs script, he gave constructive criticism about it, and pointed out what he thinks should change, in what way it should change and how it should change. What I mostly see is 'Groups are leaving because of the bad drug system.' No, your groups are not leaving because of the drug system, your groups are  leaving because you don't like it you lost your money. You guys should remember that this game is about having fun with your friends, enjoying life and overall having a good laugh. And I have these daily. The drug script is not there to pump in hundreds of thousands of dollars in every hour. Its there to make money, but not a ton more then a average person can. Risk awards, and I agree, the risks you have when growing or ordering drugs is not that big. Nor is the profit. But if you do it properly, you can make tons of money. It's not like RS4 where you can just grow a few thousands grams a week all by your own, then sell it for tons as you all did it by yourself. The current drug system needs you to work in teams, you need to work smart and make sure you can get the highest price possible. And no, you can't blame the scripts for that. The scripts give enough money to make you a nice profit.

It just feels like some of you have forgotten the reason why you joined this game. To have fun, to enjoy the game, play with friends and have role plays. I agree, there are not a ton of role plays lately, but who's to blame, the script, or you guys. And I guess the answer is clear enough on that one. Again, I am not pointing fingers towards anyone, or trying to bad mouth anyone. But if you really want to help. Write down what you think should change, how you think it should change and how you think it may help the server. And no 'Raise the prices of the drug market' is not proper criticism . It's just a way for you guys to earn more money.

So again, If you really want change. Stop just writing 'Its bad, change it'. But give them ideas, how do you think the changes can help, and how do you think they should make it. And no, I am not saying it will go exactly your way, but I am sure they'll take it in to account.

Hey, i was one of those who complained about the drug system, but what you've done to improve it is great. Thank you for that.

Since everyone wants to be f***ing mad, here's a solution. How about this? The ONLY people that can grow weed or order heroin are OFFICIAL Criminal Groups. This solves the abuse of your drug changes as now no casual player can simply abuse the drug system for quick money. These casual players may now interact with each other to sell drugs. But wait you're saying "Durr hurr, that decreases RP cause nobody will buy."

This opens the ability to scam/trick other people or even start drug raids where players can attack Criminal groups for their weed and sell it for cheap on the street.
I think the real issue on why Argonath is having its scripters fall apart is because it can't decide who it is. We MUST (Yes. WE. The community and its members must choose, what kind of community is this supposed to be) address the question. Are we a Light RP Community or are we a Freeroam Community? We can't have our cake and eat it.

Either start having scripts that involve force rp and having Closed groups or just stop the RP and allow everyone access to everything the server has to offer by letting players "do as they want," since "Anyone can be anything." (I personally vote for the Light RP.)

The community will fall apart if it doesn't choose. End of Story. Best of Luck to you all. DSB out.
