As you can see from the video, I installed windows but a few hours ago.
There are no mods.
I crash on log in.

Pretty clear now, for those who insist I am forcefully crashing my game, that I am not (and they should be ashamed for doubting me!) or it's somehow an issue at my end.

Let me just mention again. I can play other servers fine. Another player used my acc and crashed.
Other players are now beginning to crash on login.

It is clearly an issue somewhere with the server, if it's not script, it's database...

He's tried logging in with different pc's, it cant be his GPU

How would it be a GPU issue?

Actually I have tried 3 computers. Damien used his, I used my current and a laptop.

Had the exact problem before as I far as i saw from the video, I re-installed my drivers and it worked normally again.

Have you tried installing the game elsewhere such as on your desktop? 
Have you tried to use a No-CD exe for GTASA (v1.0)?
Just for benefit of trying download a ISO copy of the game, install it then load the ISO with Daemon Tools so the game runs off a virtual drive.  This is how I play SA:MP since any other way crashes my game.

If you need a ISO copy I can give you mine and walk you through the setup of it.

When you log in, and hit the spawn button(even if you dont) your game usually freezes and crashes.
