This is what lead up to your ban;
You were acting like an ass thinking he can do and say whatever he wants.
You provoked other players.
You refused to roleplay and deathmatched instead.
You provoked an admin when confronted.
- I was going to tempban you, I crashed, returned and decided to talk to you instead.

A guy trolled me on purpose by leaving me in the desert given up, and coming back 3 minutes later. When he jailed me i punched him 3 times and he answered the same way. After that i jumped away from him and sandi blocked the door to protect me from the guy. After that u messaged us to start rping on which i did answer kinda trolly by using '/me rps'. After that i didn't interract with anyone then five minutes later out of nowhere you pmed me.

I wasnt really provoking anyone. The only thing that i assume was taken as provocation was me asking Monte if he would go off soon.

You clearly banned me for asking you what kind of admin you are and not cos of anything i said after that.

I have nothing specific to say to you, I bare no ill will against you as a person.
I posted here to apologize for calling you an asshole and a twat, as well as explaining why you were banned (bad attitude, provoking, deathmatching).

Us arguing here will either prolong your ban period or spam the forums, it will not shorten the ban period.
If you honestly wish to discuss the matter with me on a more humane level with a productive outcome, I recommend talking to me on Skype as I feel it would lead to a more constructive conversation.
Other than that you're better off ONLY using the email.
If you however truly feel it'd be more beneficial for you to question the ban here then by all means go ahead.
I've just never seen it ending well before.

Guy called DamienT left me given up in the desert. I asked on public for unsuspection but no1 answered. 3 minutes later he came and actually cuffed me and at last jailed me. After i got jailed i punched guy several times, he punched me back as well. I know i shouldn't have done that, i was frustrated tho and i'm sorry about that. After that Abe spectated Sandi and me and on local chat told us to drop such attitude and start roleplaying or quit server. I answered that with "/me rps". After that my jail punishment was served, i bunnyhopped to a bridge on which i  climbed, fell off and died, spawned at Grove Street - spawn location was my home. I went to willowfield ammunation, bought deagle and bat, thats when the PMs started, that was our whole conversation, so go ahead and check logs.

You know, once i told my friend that an admin was a 'debil' which means fool. I got banned for that. This guy told me into my face that i'm a 'fucking asshole' and then as well he disrespected me in public by banning me for being a 'fucking twat'. I got banned for 7 week or something, i am really curious of what punishment he's gonna take. Also, apology for flaming me is accepted.

Actually i wont lie in my unban request, apology is not accepted. After 7 years here, he should know better. No1 gave me a chance to apologise before i got banned for something less serious than what he said to me.

What rule exactly forbids me to refuse to accept apology from a player who flamed me? Or is that just a rule when admin flames you? Don't worry if i'll report the admin or no, but this ban is invalid, cos i wasnt the one to break the rulers, but the admin who banned me, himself.
