Previous "pro DJ" skills aren't necessary, but some experience with music and radio would be an advantage.
If you don't have experience, but show a "spark" in your demo, we may accept you and give you our support to help you get better.
Please make sure you have a demo prepared
(a small mp3 file of how your show will sound, should be around 10 minutes).

Please make sure that you host your demo on a reliable web-host.

Important note: The demo should not be a show of your leet mixing skills, but should be around 10 minutes in real time, pretending to be making a broadcast on Argonath Radio. Demos that are just playing songs back-to-back will most likely be thrown out.

You can also test your upload speed at http://www.speedtest.net/ (use a Dutch server to test your speed).

ACCEPTED Your post will be modified with this if you have been accepted, you will also receive a forum PM.
DECLINED Your post will be modified with this if your application has been rejected. You may or may not receive a forum PM informing you of this.

If you are caught DJing and you're not an official Argonath Government Radio DJ then your IP will be banned from broadcasting. The server password will be changed for security purposes afterwards. If you are an official Argonath Government Radio DJ and you are distributing the server password (even to someone who is on the DJ list) then you will be removed from the DJ team and banned from broadcasting.

Any off-topic posts will be deleted immediately, only post your application. If you have any questions, feel free to PM  DJ Jonny.

How long would your show be on average? An hour, more depending on requests.
Why do you want to become a DJ? To provide a service to the Argonath Community, and I think it would be fun.
Do you have a microphone? Yes.
Are you confident speaking on the microphone? Yes.
What kind of music would you play? Mostly Hip-Hop and Rnb, changing it up to keep things interesting.

What are your previous DJ experiences? None.
Do you know how to broadcast? I am not acquainted with the Argo DJ system, however I am a fast learner.

What is your upload speed? Above 50kb/s.
How long would your show be on average? Mostly hours, maybe like 2-3 hours.
Why do you want to become a DJ? Because I really missed being a DJ and how I was entertaining others and it would be such a pleasure being accepted again.
Do you have a microphone? A pro one.

What kind of music would you play? All kinds, mostly Rap.

(I think I tested it on a bad day, ive streamed before on argoradio with the same internet and its been good)
How long would your show be on average? Depends on if any other DJ wants to go on after, if not then as long as I can maybe around 3 hours or so
Why do you want to become a DJ? I used to be an ArgoRadio DJ a few years back, I really miss it I went inactive but I can assure you I wont do that this time.
Do you have a microphone? Yes
Are you confident speaking on the microphone? Yes
What kind of music would you play? All types, house, rap, dance, electronic, maybe even korean. I would also take requests. I will also play music/instrumentals according to the events that are on-going in argonath e.g. if there was a party event, party tracks will be played!
Will you BE ACTIVE? Yes for sure
What are your previous DJ experiences? Used to be Argo Radio DJ few years ago maybe 2-3 years ago

I really hope I can be an ArgoRadio DJ again, I feel like music can change alot of moods IG and to whoever listening and I know playing peoples requests will make their Argonath RPG experience much better and I feel like I can provide that since I love music, can't live a day without it. Thanks!
