Are you serious? Why the hell are you so stubborn to understand where you went wrong?
If you report someone for hacking, administration will deal with it by themselves, they don't need a troop of baboons running around shooting at a player that they claim is hacking, especially infront of LSPD.

And no, there is no one else that you can talk to until you figure out why you are denied.
