I don't believe your story of how you used the name Ramo_Hawk on another server you were caught flapping on about how you were inactive due to playing GTA IV/V whilst using the name Ramo on the Argonath server, if that isn't impersonating someone then I don't know what is.  The name isn't common around SA:MP if at all.
