I was watching you for several minutes and knew that based on your attitude that you were not just roleplaying, but had something personal against Skyler. He tried to avoid your roleplay multiple times by either ignoring you or leaving you alone, which should have given you some sort of indication that he does not want to take part in your roleplay. Instead of letting him be, you continued to approach him and throw insults. You cannot use roleplay as an excuse. If that is how you roleplay, then it's time to change your roleplay style.
Your ban was finally given when you insulted Skyler in your CB channel, behind his back. After looking through the screenshots you have provided, you seemed to have missed this part out. Perhaps this is because you know you stepped over the line.
If you are unsure why you are banned and have to contact other admins then I am going to assume that you find this behaviour acceptable. It isn't, and you aren't going to get unbanned until you realise that.
