Compressing the large Fraps files:

Programs you must have:
1) VirtualDub - Download link
2) Xvid Codec - Download link

Usage:
1) Go on VirtualDub. Video > Compression > Xvid MPEG-4 Codec
2) Drag your fraps video into VirtualDub
3) File > Save as Avi >  Choose your location
