So.. What I don't understand is, I am leading a RP scenario with my family and allies. This was an organized RP. We are standing at GS9 then Cyril decides to do /aduty cause he sees a bunch of Lucianos and Ballas and claims "There is too much NBA vs Luciano so there won't be a shootout." I don't think it is correct to interrupt a RP scenario and say that it won't continue. Everything that happened was complete roleplay, down to the very moment I shot on Frank. So just cause too many cops are killing suspects, we won't allow SAPD to kill? Come on now, like my Don said, we are criminals, we don't plant flowers for a living. You expect us to RP and things like this without action being taken?

But... We are criminals... We don't just stand around talking, we kill people, like a criminal does, no? Ballas kill people all day, and no one got banned. Earlier that day NBA killed Luciano, is Frank banned? Nope. And I didn't randomly pull out my combat.

Well, seeing that NBA will not move from GS9, I've no other choice. They just wait there until someone that they dislike is getting gas/repairing and they just walk towards whoever it is exclaiming "Get out this is Balla territory" Then you get killed. Reason? "In my turf" But if I actually take the time to organize and gather my allies to have a roleplay and go to them, I get banned, I don't get that. You are the only staff member that I've seen canceling a roleplay cause there is too much of it. Its clockwork man, RP doesnt stop, so why must you try and stop it?

Regardless of my view or whatever, if I did bring trouble towards anyone in the RP, I apologize for my actions. I just want to get unbanned and continue Rping with everyone. I will avoid GS9 and go to an alternate Gas station so there isn't a shootout all the time.

1. I will avoid scenarios that will turn into a shootout for no reason. If I am being provoked in /L, I will ignore.
2. RP can be done without a shootout, not all of the criminal activities involve killing.
3. Follow suit and listen to what they have to say.
