This guy is a weed scammer

Weed scamming is allowed.

And to get the weed back I would suggest to talk with Gambino bos/don cause the family might not allow it, and you have a small chance to get it back. :)

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.

Unfortunately you are allowed to scam on illegal deals (drugs)

However scamming new (being +- two weeks old) players in any sort of deal is not allowed.

Yeah I agree with sandi its just a game,Actually I lost 1kg weed from a guy and for even I got banned for provoking him but then I realized its just a game so I apologized to him but you know what ? he is now perm. banned from the server he got what he deserved :)

Always try to do it 100gram by 100gram for big packages, and 10gr by 10gr for low amounts of weed.
