firstly when he banned me i was thinking so many times what was the reason exactly he banned for because i wanted to know even the reason for he banned me was really valid ? , the actually the happened had that i was standing at LS BANK so at same moment ABE had came , we have actually a good relations so i had told him about my car as well , even he jokes with me randomly well ! he just came to me and i told him that was my new sultan the one which was i refering so he was prasing about it , so as a joke i said him wanna buy for 1$ just wanted to see his reaction so he said yes sure why not then i said make 5$ so he became more happy  ( pointed to be noted was just kidding atm ) then as  a joke i just said him that okay pay me as USD dollars so he just came in a shocked and infact i had wrote " LOL " as well that i was joking well then he said u want real money so i just said yes , at same moment a message just appeared that iam banned for this . Now tell me what kind of crime is it ! even i haven't hear such kind of cases in my whole life

It is however a known rule that you cannot trade in-game money for real-life money.
You cannot make jokes with such rules either: You'll see what happens from it.

exactly i knew u will ask it , because sir i've mentioned 2 things already that firstly we were franks with each other second i can't even expect that he would take that as this seriously as far and third i also said a LOL

Even if you were friends it does not mean you can go around and break rules as a joke to each other, others may not understand it is one.
Adding to that, saying "LOL" does not change much to it.  People can still think you're being serious with it.
