Link help me i have error in graphics ;/ i buy new computer for 2000 euro and i dont know what this is...

Make a text file and name is "commandline" without the quotes , Then type this in it "-norestrictions" without quotes of course and put the commandline in the main GTA IV folder ( with Launchivmp.exe or gta iv.exe)

Yes, create a new .txt file to your GTA IV directory and write the thing given below, then save:

-norestrictions
-noprecache
-safemode
