Basically, me and MarkyP was riding around, robbing people for their exchange, when this one guy refused to pay, we opened fire as he tried to flee. We both became wanted after evading the PD. This resulted in 3 times of killing two officers, Reznov and this WS guy as they were spraying us with automatics. So just as we killed Reznov, and had this WS dude on low health, I was apparently banned for hacks usage. Now I'd like to inform you I have NEVER hacked or tried hacks on SAMP, I play this game legit and I always will. I'll be uploading a video to show you my clean game.

Also, I was just unbanned today, and this wasn't what I was looking for.

Also, you guys banned MarkyP for health hacks. Now you guys believe we was health hacking, which we wasn't. What we did after killing the officers, we rushed to pizza stack etc and did /buy 1 burger to gain health. Now it would of perhaps looked like health hacks, but if you check the logs it's gonna say I was buying the food to gain health from pizza stack. Now MarkyP probally won't post a ban appeal cause of this, but im gonna ask you nicely to unban me and MarkyP, cause this must of been a mistake.

In the video, you can see my health has went down, and at the end of the video you can see MarkyP's health, around 75-80 health from the M4 shooting.

The ban was issued after your recent use of hacks, auto-aim exactly.

During the shooting which took place at the location shown in the video, you have been seen aiming at the officer in an odd way. I have, therefore, decided to continue monitoring you and the way you were aiming. What I have detected is that your aim was moving in a manner which was not natural, with drastic moves of your character each time you resumed to aim at the officer. I have got the confirmation of my presentiment when you went behind a building (the one on your right, as shown in the video), at that point your aim kept following officer's moves, despite you were totally unable to see where he was. I would want to specify that the ban was issued after five (or even more) minutes of direct monitoring of your character and I have obtained more than one confirmation of you using such hacks.

You have been granted access to the server today, after your last ban. I strongly recommend you to provide the exact version of the episode, else this unban request won't be taken in consideration. Sometimes, admitting your fault is better than to hide behind an excuse.

As far as 'MarkyP', that account is not banned.

First of all, in my first ban appeal, I never lied. Now why would I lie about how I aim? I've played this year three years, and the gun I've always used is deagle. I've been using it to duel etc. Now other roleplay servers where it's hard to receive desert eagles, my hands are quite shaky cause I'm afraid to loose the my firearm. Now when im on Argonath where you can scroll etc, I have more of a dueling instinct. Now I don't really know why I'd be lying to you, as it's gonna make it worse. Also, when it comes to the whole episode of the shootout, I didn't record it. My PC is shitty as fuck, I've used up alot of gigabyte on my laptop. So if I had a better PC, I'd be recording the whole situation, but that ain't me. That is why I didn't record the whole situation. Now if you don't believe me, there's simply nothing I can do I guess, I've showed you my evidence.  Simple as just I got banned, I started frapsing and I walked up to [WS]Mikro and aimed at him, and my crosshair didn't connect to him. Now I'm gonna ask you to look through my channel ''Sour G'' and look through my roleplay videos, and look at how I aim. I don't really know how you mean im aiming unaturally, this is how I've aimed the whole time I played SAMP. And I didn't keep aim on the officers move, I took cover from my car and shot once the officers popped up, and then I had my friend Marky supressing me for them, which made me run up ontop of the roof to manage to hit em from above, and if I showed you my GTA SA Directory you'd say ''It's too late, you'd already had time to remove the hacks''. I don't even have CLEO in my GTA SA folder.

Now if you don't want me on the server or believe I am hacking, then I don't know. All I can say is look through my other videos, you'll see I've never used aimbot.

I am unsure why you think providing a video of yourself after you got banned is considered evidence that you were not using hacks. The video does not show the time of your ban, nor the current time. You could have disabled your hacks and started recording, making it seem like you just got banned.

Remember that iMarkz is an experienced member of the admin team. He would have dealt with numerous situations where players were using aim bots, so he knows what he is looking for. He said he was spectating you for a while, so this would have ruled out lag or any other excuse you have given, and he would have been confident you were using aim bots before issuing a ban. I am not saying that experienced members of the admin team do not make mistakes, but I am saying that a mistake is unlikely.

I will leave the decision on the unban request up to iMarkz, as he was the person who saw your actions. If you are given another chance, you better make sure that if you did have hacks installed, they are removed immediately as any repeat behaviour will prove you were lying.

I don't get it, why is he claiming I got aimbot? And why do you think I recorded after I got banned? To show I don't have aimbot by aiming at Mikro. And I haven't even lied through this ban appeal, neither do I have CLEO or hacks in my GTA folder. And if he bans me for hacking, then Im not sure he's a experienced member of the admin team, no offense. But Im saying that you banned me with no reason, I don't have AIMBOT. And yes, as you stated I had a massive amount of lag yesterday, ask MarkyP. My ping jumped from 60 to 400-500 sometimes, causing me to restart my router etc. And in this case, this is a mistake, cause if I remain banned for hacking, it's some simple bullshit. Cause I've NEVER hacked my entire life, and will I do? No.

Any chance of a reply by today? I'm trying to get on argonath as soon as possible.. I just got unbanned yesterday, and I never used hacks. I'm telling the truth now, I got nothing to hide. Look through my older videos.

I have been playing in the server, or more generally SA:MP, for years and my experience has always led me not to ban players without a decent amount of proofs which may prove the validity of my assumptions. During my time as part of the administration team I have encountered different players who did not observe certain rules and I have always be lenient to them just for a reason: any player deserves a chance to be explained what he did wrong, which rule he did not observe and how he could improve himself to avoid breaking it in the future.

As far as such cases in which a player is accused of hacks usage, I have always been neutral as we cannot directly prove the player is actually using them, unless it's obvious to our eyes. Your case is one of those cases I'm mentioning. You have been monitored for several minutes and your ban was not issued immediately after your initial use of hacks, I have preferred keeping to watch your aim. Besides me, another administrator, that is [WS]Mikro, has noticed your aim unnaturally moving and he asked me to look at you, yet I was already doing it. The episode was repeating and I was forced to take actions, resulting in a ban.

You may continue discussing and doubting about my experience, it's not what this unban request is meant for anyway. If I were in your shoes, I would simply admit my faults, else find a reasonable explanation which may lead us not to think you have used hacks. Do not relate the episode to a possible lag you were experiencing though, your ping has been watched too and it had no peaks but remained stable during the entire period I was monitoring you.

This unban request will continue staying pending, untill something which proves the opposite of what I have said is shown.

We are prone to give players another chance, if you show that your will to improve yourself is higher than the will of simply returning to play.
I might be rude but showing to be sad won't help you to get unbanned; admitting your fault will help instead.

Absolutely not, I've explained myself. No hacks, that's my story, and that's what im gonna stick too. I've spoken my truth, believe it or not. I won't be sad, I just find it unfair that I'll be banned from Argonath for something I've never done. Nothing you should be aware of in my GTA SA Folder either, I'll post my current folder if so.
