Unable to connect to server

I can't connect to the server 395.141.37.186:7173. I played with my friends last night on this server,then when i woke up this morning I turn on my pc and enter the server, normally it will need me to login. But this time it just stuck at the connection screen and says:connecting to 395.141.37.186:7173,failed to connect to 255.255.255.255:7173.
Is the server repairing or what??Please answer,thanks!

IP addresses cannot have any value over 255 in it. The correct IP is 95.141.37.186:7173.

sorry,I cant upload the video because everytime i upload the video it says page cannot be shown because internal error occured. But the server problem is that the ip you give me and the ip i got didnt work.
My ip work last night,My friend too.But today it didnt work.Please solve the problem.

Hi IronLion, i hope it might help you
Try download this file Client.dll

Extract and copy paste (Replace) them into your game folder > GrandTheftAuto > IVMP
Then Run your game. Good luck!

oh sorry the problem is solved,I downloaded a newer version and it worked,thanks for your help
