As most of you know I am Luke Rosso, also known as Luca for some of you, and James Gvardia if we are going back to RS4. I have been around for a long time as you all know, I have alot of friends around Argonath both ingame and out of game, I have met some of you also like Kaze, Kaseem and I wish to met others as time goes by, I have been very fond of this community and it is where I spend most of my time, I am not a typical child, I don't go out much in terms of "chilling with my boys" or "bunning weed with my crew" nope thats not me, I am as you could call a "nerd" I spend most of my time at the computer, I am there most of my days, obviously I go out for a drink or two with friends, I am not a chav at all, I speak fluent english I may have spelling issues (as you all most know I get alot of shit mixed up aye, but dont we all).

You are all wondering probably why I am writing this and it is because I have noticed as most of you have within Argonath what is going on currently, this means the new mods, the admins/managers/community leaders etc. I just want to iron some things out on behalf of most of us here, first things is the mods, Yes, we are part of the administration team and we all are the same as we was before we was there, I just feel I myself have became a victim of a hostile conflict from players this can mean anything from, provoking us, or just being a pain in the bum to us, thing is as Mods we do try our best to not to become enemies with players, I myself have found that ever since I became a moderator I have become a enemy to some, and thats why I am here, I dont want to be a enemy of anyone, if all I want to make better friends with everyone, but what we do is what we have to do. Okay, so onto the next what is ofcourse Admins/Managers/CL/Scripters, I beg you all, please cut the administration some slack this means, with the topics, the hate and the disrespect ingame and out of game, they are players also you know, they are human also. (lol), the thing is, you will never be punished for something you didn't do, you will be only punished in the way you act or what you do, if a admin issues a punishment to you the last thing you want to do is make it worse, like answering back, flaming, or just being disrespectful, what a admin/man/cl does is not personal, they are just doing what they are told to do, and enforcing the rules of the community.  Bottom line is no matter, our background, our personalities, or what we do, the thing is we are all friends.

Lastly the current situation with RS5, as most of you know we have had a few issues with the server such as bugs, broken scripts or things what just aint been added, but this is the thing, you have to think it will be a slow process, you have to take into consideration alot of the scripting team have personal lifes, this means work, health issues, or just cannot be here 100 percent of the time, but they are working on helping to make RS5 the full experience, but you will have to just wait a bit longer, as things take time, the thing is without the scripters being here, we wouldnt be able to play how we do now at all, so if all we have to thank them for what they have done in previous months, years. They are Argonath.

I hope you can understand what I mean and what my views are on the current situation,
obviously I have rambled on alot but most of it is what I have witnessed lately I just want to clear it up, obviously feel free to leave your comments and stuff, but please keep it civilized and fair.

I do understand that you were probably dragged into a fight you've never taken part of in the past. The thing is that each time we make a step to end this fight and find a solution, we get dragged two steps back. I do not want to start another debait, as most of you are too arrogant for it, and I do not feel like wasting my time, and getting a bad mood for this. I have one thing to say. You just like us chose to have that seat, no one was made to do it. This is a gaming community, consisting of numerous servers in different games, if there is a place in the world where things can be fair its in the games. Stop taking your seats so serious, you are not rulers of the world, you are the chosen ones to manage a server, which is nice, but the server is for us just as much as it is for you. You don't want our help to fix the problems? Fine, then start fixing them on your own...

If you are referring to the topic about double standards and stuff, yeah it will be locked simply reason being, when topics are made like that someone will always come in and be like "f**k you Admins" (in other words) this will then lead them to close it no one wants a Players v Admins war, this is a game where we come to play and have fun, not argue on how big our e-dick is, yeah I understand some things don't always go the way you want them, but you have to live with it, its life, you will never always get your own way, but showing the wrong attitude to people will just make it worse.  When can have a civilised chat, but everyone just has to sit back about things such as their bans and stuff.

Indeed it is, but this is the problem people don't understand what they do wrong, for example you get caught doing something you are not supposed to be doing, get banned, fair play, then the unban request and every other topic on the forum turns into a "f**k the admins" topic, think about it, sit back, think what you have done wrong then approach it in the best possible way.

No one takes their seats serious, we just have a problem where players believe they are immune to anything. Everything has consequences, even if you are part of the Administration team.

Well, we do need a solution thought don't we? I got ot admit that I personally have not lived such situations, I've been wrongly punished, but not in a case where he punished me instead of my enemy or something. I do understand that in such topics people lsoe control ... I did. But it still is a problem that needs a solution, hiding behind fingers is not the solution.

Also about what you said that people did pull in their exambles, and situations. It is wrong indeed but I would also like to point something out. Both of those two topics and many other in the past were only made to help the community and nothing more. Yet again what was the response from the amdinistration team and the wannabes?
Some passed by, posting something rather useless, not really carring about the consequenses. How can we keep our emotions to ourselves and not go off-topic when the so called "chosen ones" do not respect our efford to write what we've writen?

Yes we all do make the community couldn't agree more, but you cannot eliminate the fact that without them there would be no Argonath, we wouldn't have functioning servers (even if they crash time to time), we all need to remember that and credit them for what they have done, they need the feedback and the love from everyone else to get them motivated, I wouldn't like to be slammed for my scripting skills if I am doing something for free for your experience, I just wouldn't bother.

Yes the players are the heart of Argonath ofcourse, every single person is valued, but we can never forget the people who create this experience for us.

I'm referring to what Stivi has recently stated; this community isn't a community just because of scripters, yet also the players. "Argonath wouldn't be anywhere without the scripters" well yes, but what would Argonath be without players? Just another empty server.
