SA:MP problems caused me not to play on any server

It's a pitty, that I can't play on SA:MP, when I'm un-banned from my fav. server & friends...That should happen, when my route was blocked, not now...I'll try to fix the problems soon as possible...I hope that I'll have success..
Even if it's gonna cost me cca. 50€ to buy another licence code for Windows XP...because this one, that I'm using now is:

The number, you are dialing is not available, please try never... (  :cool: )
...
