Reason why you did it:

I had a lot of chances to don't get banned, but I did just waste em like nothing. When I got banned the first time for some reason (cant' remember) I downloaded VPN and shit to prevent getting banned but then I recognized it did'nt work at all. So now some months later, I felt for playing some GTA:IV which would be very funny but then I realised I got banned the last time I was playing. One more chance would be appreciated so I can prove that I can follow the rules.
