I have examined all informations you have provided, including those that led you to be banned.
It is confirmed that you evaded the ban thrice with these respective accounts: Randall_Raines; Vinnie_Jones; Carlo_Parzzini.
It is clear that you had been creating a new account upon the managers had found out the previous one you had used to ban evade with. This attitude shows your inability to follow those istructions that, in your unban appeal, were given. You were totally aware that you had not to bypass a ban, yet you continued to do it even thrice. If you will be granted a second chance, how can we be sure that you will follow the rules and will respect staff decisions, if any further punishment will be given?

Randall raines and vinnie jones were made to transfer cash.so i didnt ban evade with them i evaded with Carlo only.
