I was playing SA:MP and ...
A guy came near me and asked to change the color of car to 0,0 - I refused it and went out and I shot a bullet towards the mechanic. (Yeah, it was Ballas and - the purple symbolizes us)
After that I entered car, went less than 10 seconds and got the ban as previously described.

First of all, you had exactly 1 bullet Desert Eagle, 1 bullet of Combat Shotgun and 1 bullet of MP5. You shot at another player more than 10 bullets with MP5. How do you explain that?
Secondly, how were you able to modify a vehicle as civilian while it was in Idlewood, populated area?

I saw very clearly what happened and evidence is very solid. Better come out with the truth, it will only save your time.

Modify vehicle as civilian? I have no idea by that, how did I modify the cars that I drove - Admiral (which I did a couple of tours) and a Perennial (which I pressed a few times H to hydraulics - the car that it asked for color change).

You tell me. Script proved otherwise and logs can prove that you had only 1 bullet, yet you managed to shoot more than that.

In your case, there was something else than color change. I was alerted of a vehicle component change without being at a tune spot. Vehicle tuning parts and other components can not be modified at Idlewood.

There is no doubt, that you have/had illegal modifications.

About vehicle change - exactly, how is that supposed to be? I did not see any vehicle changing components.

Often I got (not now and continuing) crashes and connection interrupts.
By the way, I use clean GTA:SA and neither mods or script.

However, let this thread to end shortly, your decision is also acceptable to me.

The player has evaded the ban thrice just to return using hacks. In view of what I have found out after a check on him, this unban request is denied.
