"Server Browser" issue , commandline suggestion

Hi guys, due to a computer problem or whatever, My game has been removed due to format. So I've decided again to re-Install Gta IV and enjoy the server and it's gameplay with you guys, I cant enter any server, I've no idea why does that happen, here's what do i do when it crashes:

1- I launch the game and then it appears

2- Then I type on the 'Server Bowser'

3- When I type: 'Internet / Spuard' or whatever is the second option is, my game crashes, Can someone help me?

Also you can download this cpile files so you dont have to rewrite host from 9999 to 7173 on "Quick Connect feature" in the future.

*Extract and copy paste (Replace) them into your game folder > GrandTheftAuto > IVMP
