Hi,

Let me first start off saying that I have no ill will towards you, Monte, and I had no sort of agenda to ban you or even punish you at all. Your insubordination towards me and "Refusal to obey me" is what caused this ban.

I have the chat logs saved so I will run down everything said between you and I. I have removed anything that is not involved in this situation.

As you can see above via the chat logs you in fact were the one disrespectful from the start. Icecream simply asked who you are and since it's quite obvious who you are I just said "it's curse". Your reply with "stfu boozman" was uncalled for and disrespectful, however I overlooked it. My argument why you were easy to spot was that there are only a few people in you NP clan so naturally it would be you. Your response was "there are never any people in TeaM" at which was no relevant to the situation as I was not pointing out who was a more superior clan, just pointing out that most could figure out that it was you just based off of knowledge of NP and Curses personality.

Once you called me annoying in mainchat I replied with "oh curse is annoyed by someone else" and "what a shocking change of events". In no way did I mean that to be provocative however I understand why you may have misconstrued that, I also apologized later on as apparently this was offending to you. You began to say over and over that I provoked you, even though I wasn't trying to, so I apologized. You then threatened to report me, at which I'm still confused what for, and I asked if you are going to ban me since you seemed to be acting like an admin in main chat (which clearly you are not).

Now on to the second situation, involving [WS]Makaveli (this started when Makaveli alerted me in our CB channel that Curse was bothering him in PMs and began flaming him):

Above is the full conversation between myself, Monte and Makaveli included is local chat, PMs and the admin message when I TPed you and Banned you.

Let me first start by saying that what you were saying to Makaveli previously was about him joining WS. From the screenshots I saw from him you were upset that he chose to go to WS over NP and began getting emotional about it. Makaveli even said "it's just a game man no need to get so emotional" at which you replied "f**k you too...". Now you know the rules Monte, why would you think it's okay to ignore the rules? You wouldn't even answer me that question when I asked you repeatedly.

When I teleported you to talk my intention were not to punish you at all but ask you to stop (managers can check full logs and see where I told Makaveli I'm not doing anything I'm trying to help him). I asked you why you felt it was okay to ignore the rules and flame and cause annoyances to other players. I also made the argument that you and myself joined Argonath a week or two away from each other, therefor I am most certain you are very aware of the rules. When you refused to answer my questions I told you I would ban you because you would not cooperate with me. From there you began telling me over and over again to go ahead and ban you because you refuse to obey anything I say so long as you are here. From that point you began to throw false accusations as well as disrespectful comments (claiming he knows my personality traits as well as telling me to f**k off). Now Monte, I remained calm at this whole situation because I wanted to work this out. You, on the other hand, were blatantly disrespectful in a situation that had nothing to do with our previous encounter. I in no way was using the previous situation as any sort of pad for this report Makaveli sent me, despite what you think you know.

And to top it all off, I even decided to let you go and just put everything behind me. I had enough when you decided to continue in main chat and PMs. Therefor I decided to ban you for your disrespect and insubordination towards the staff of this server you continue to play on.

I admit, my earlier comment of "curse is annoyed by someone else, what a shocking change in events" was less than professional and non formal. However right before that you began telling me to "stfu" and called me annoying as well when in reality I was answering [NP]Icecream's question. I apologized for this. But this ban has nothing to do with that situation. When you began telling me you utterly refuse to listen to me or even answer my questions that is when I decided a punishment should be issued.

Now if more information is needed I will be glad to provide it to any parties requiring more.

Above is the full conversation between myself, Monte and Makaveli included is local chat, PMs and the admin message when I TPed you and Banned you.

Let me first start by saying that what you were saying to Makaveli previously was about him joining WS. From the screenshots I saw from him you were upset that he chose to go to WS over NP and began getting emotional about it. Makaveli even said "it's just a game man no need to get so emotional" at which you replied "f**k you too...". Now you know the rules Monte, why would you think it's okay to ignore the rules? You wouldn't even answer me that question when I asked you repeatedly.

When I teleported you to talk my intention were not to punish you at all but ask you to stop (managers can check full logs and see where I told Makaveli I'm not doing anything I'm trying to help him). I asked you why you felt it was okay to ignore the rules and flame and cause annoyances to other players. I also made the argument that you and myself joined Argonath a week or two away from each other, therefor I am most certain you are very aware of the rules. When you refused to answer my questions I told you I would ban you because you would not cooperate with me. From there you began telling me over and over again to go ahead and ban you because you refuse to obey anything I say so long as you are here. From that point you began to throw false accusations as well as disrespectful comments (claiming he knows my personality traits as well as telling me to f**k off). Now Monte, I remained calm at this whole situation because I wanted to work this out. You, on the other hand, were blatantly disrespectful in a situation that had nothing to do with our previous encounter. I in no way was using the previous situation as any sort of pad for this report Makaveli sent me, despite what you think you know.

And to top it all off, I even decided to let you go and just put everything behind me. I had enough when you decided to continue in main chat and PMs. Therefor I decided to ban you for your disrespect and insubordination towards the staff of this server you continue to play on.

I admit, my earlier comment of "curse is annoyed by someone else, what a shocking change in events" was less than professional and non formal. However right before that you began telling me to "stfu" and called me annoying as well when in reality I was answering [NP]Icecream's question. I apologized for this. But this ban has nothing to do with that situation. When you began telling me you utterly refuse to listen to me or even answer my questions that is when I decided a punishment should be issued.

Now if more information is needed I will be glad to provide it to any parties requiring more.

I will say this - if you want to change your identity, start with picking a new name. Using the same name but reversed is not a new name, and does not take a genius to work out.

Wanted to joke with my friend [NP]IceCream , I've known him for what... 5 years? was annoyed he deprived me of that little thing and then further went on to provoke me a bit, so when he spoke to me I just didn't react well.

If I really wanted to change my identity I'd of restarted my router, used a completely new name. I would also not use my account because i'd have 2500 number on it and 2500 cb and Coastguard ownership so... take it as you wish
