The stats from the RS 1.8 IV:MP Argonath RPG server need to be combined with the ones from players in RS2. For example, add the played hours of Surena_Genovese to Babe_Genovese's stats, because that's her new name, or from James_Conway to [R*]JamesConway and from CVP_z3im to CVP12345 and so on.

The site dose not have access to the game/player accounts, it only saves the stats based on nicknames. So if you change your name, you start from 0 again.
With that, the answer to your next question 'Why it dose not have access?' is that its not an Official Statistics site. Thats why the topic says "Unofficial."

It appears that after 3 years my webhost decided to block a feature of my website. I am now unable to retrieve statistics because of this. I will have to find another solution to fix the problem. For now it seems that there will be no new statistics for a while.

edit: I just got the website rolling again, some statistics will only be reliable after the website has been running again for atleast 24 hours, a week or a month. Keep that in mind
