That day I was roaming around LSPD chilling and other stuffs, then few minutes later I saw a guy parking a state owned Shamal, so since I had nothing to do I decided to remove it from LSPD. While I was destroying the light poles on the side walk with my plane's wing, [WS]Janar pm'd "Remove the shamal or I will remove you from this server"
and I replied "You're welcome you ungrateful fuckass, somebody parked the plane there and I am trying to remove it", then a perm ban was issued to me. I know I shouldn't have flamed him or something but how can I stand it when I am trying help? Shouldn't I be issued a warn or a temp ban first?

If what you say is exactly what happened then it's fair to say your response to Janar was not appropriate.
Unfortunately disrespectful behaviour towards administration will not be taken lightly, it could have all been solved with a polite explanation of what you are doing instead of coming across aggressively towards the banning administrator.
The person who banned you did not deserve to be spoken to in such an offensive manner nor was there any reason for you to respond to him like that.

They were assuming that you were attempting to blow up the plane in a populated area by knocking it into objects which is why he told you to remove the plane or he will remove you from the server.
That could have been worded in a different manner but what is done is done.

A tempban could have been considered in the situation however it is down to the administrators discretion as to how they handle situations ingame.

Due to the shamal receiving damage to it (also can't remember what happened exactly), I asked you to move it away from others, so you do not cause a mass-killing there. Instead of moving it or explaining the situation to me in a calm way, you showed quite disrespectful attitude to me, which ended up with you getting banned.

That guy did a poor job landing the shamal infront of LSCH, no one bothered to remove it nor did the admins, so I got on it and you pm'd me that, I wasn't even using it I was trying to help, and you insisted that I was the one using it lol.
