1) What kind of businesses would you want to see in 0.4 client?
2) What kind of items would you want those stores to be able to sell?

Please do try to keep them to go with VC theme and actually possible to be able to script.

I think Dispensaries and other Pharmarcies should start telling first-aid kits criminals and cops can carry around to heal their teammates with a message like.
[SaidPerson#1] took out a first-aid kit from his pocket to cure [SaidPerson#2] for 40 HP.
Also, dispensaries should sell Medical Marihuana Seeds and attributes to be able to use drugs like a syringe or something.

I'm only assuming that hardware like a Knife, Baseball Bat, Machete and Katana will be sold at an actual Hardware Store, and the same goes for cars, bikes, boats, helicopter(s), clothes, weapons, drugs and food.

We've already had a discussion about fuel that is pending and I think furthermore nothing really necessary has to be sold, after all roleplay does the trick.

You need to look at the old ideas from 13',12' and 11'. A lot of them are possible to script now (like the hotel business script).

It's sold as a tool in single player, so why not sell it as a tool in multiplayer, imo it's a waste of a slot on the weapons list of an ammunation.

I saw in the 0.4 Beta that cars are tuneable, so how about a tuning shop? I know that's obvious coming from me, but do consider it.

PnS will have abilities to "upgrade" your car. You will not be able to buy Sabre Turbo from ANY vehicle dealer, it will be upgradeable from PnS. Same goes for Sentinel XS and cars like that. Also you will have the ability to add "armor" to some cars (obviously not to cars like Infernus) that'll make the car endure more shots than it's normal counterpart. Atleast that's what I've heard

FBI Washington and FBI Rancher are FBI exclusive and will not be available for upgrade. As for Bloodring Bangers and Hotring Racers, we'll need to have a look if we want to implement those cars to the server for the first time.

That's yet to be discussed in full extent, so there's no known answer at this time. Even if they were, they wouldn't be the same as before, which was highly favoring the criminals to stick around the HQ.

Cops have their HQ as well where they can get new armor for free if needed.
Plus criminals like us spawn unarmed, while cops always have a starting kit of weaponry. Criminals also deserve a storage of weaponry, which should just made like an ammunation is right now, a maximum of 5 different weapons which can be stored in an HQ.

Yeah and you can own a house so easily when you start with $0. 
Is it possible that the server remembers what weapons you carry when you quit the game so you join with that same weaponry the next visit?
