They should Fillup Their fuel on {its Free to fillup from GS for Marked vehicels} GS`s. Because if the Criminal Have FT he can easly fillup just passing by a FD, And its more reastic then filling up from PD idk where is the Gas tank at PD`s

Other Idea.

No State cars.
Taxi Service is Dying allready And no one will use Taxi service.
Taxi service should be 3 times cheaper.
Rent Car service: One at Airport and on other popular place
When the car is out time your car that u rented will carjack all persons in the vehicle and respawn.
(There should be Ranked persons that are members of rentcar they can despawn any rulebreaker car} in case admins are not on server.

3th Idea:

Bus Driver idea.

Bus Driver have Checkpoint`s to reach (bus stations) He gets 10$ for every stop on the checkpoint + if someone enters the bus
1 bus For top part of the city and 2th bus for bottom part of the city

P.S. I Didnt really had much time to type these ideas really good but if u have anything to add or smth please tell me .

You can set the fare for your taxi services , there is a command for it since long.
No need fo renting if we have state cars.
