The ARPD Tec9s

I am really wondering why the ARPD are encouraged in the use of Illegal Weapons.

A Fully Automatic Tec9 is an Illegally altered weapon, made from a Semi-Automatic Handgun.
Why do the Police use an Illegally Altered Weapon? 

If they must have an Automatic Weapon, then give them an M4.

Yeah, I don't understand the point of having tec-9's on police either.

I mean, in my opinion desert eagle & shotgun are the only real cop weapons.

Tec9 was implemented to give cops the power to better stop runners. But ARPD has already requested to remove it, as they feel drive-by wepons are not needed.

No actually i think it is very useful, particularly in chases, mainly by taking a suspects tires down which of course the police do in single player in GTA san andreas.

Has it been declared illegal in Argonath? no. Also if you are bringing facts out and want to go by legal-ness then you should know that even know a tec-9 may be a illegally altered weapon you are way off course... because it is not in fact a tec-9 that ARPD uses it is a Micro SMG. Two different weapons which may of course be similar but important in this case because one is 'legal' and one isn't.

I was always told by everybody that it was a Tec9, so I assumed they were right.
If its a Micro SMG, then no, it isn't Illegal.
However, if Gandalf says it was a Tec9, what am I to believe?

I wasn't being Sarcastic about the M4, by the way. I think the MP5 could be better than that though, if they must have a Full-Auto. Its true that the FBI in SinglePlayer use Uzis, but its also true that they never run and fire at the same time.

Besides, any self-respecting Cop can plug two Deagle shots into a circling Tec9/Uzi/OtherCriminalWeapon shooter and come out alive. The Desert Eagle is the most deadly weapon in GTA  .But if you want an Auto, MP5 is best.

I would like to see the uzi removed and added in its place, the SMG. It serves better purpose, and is more suited for the ARPD. The uzi is not standard police issue, so it has its flaws. The lighter, compact, acceptable SMG could take its place.

Because deagle is most fitting weapon for cops. Atleast in my opinion 2 pistols or silenced pistol won't fit well for a police officer.

Also, deagle is a powerful weapon, cops wouldn't have a chance on a fight if they only had pistols. :trust:
