A group of criminals started operating back in the late 90's, in San Fierro.  They started as a few homies drug dealing but as the time passed they got more people on their side, as well as other business aspetcs, including doing hitman jobs and working as pimps. One person was obviously the best in this business, and after some time he became in charge of leading the business and took out his competition, his name was Jizzy B. Even though his business was going well in San Fierro, he had no partners in Los Santos or Las Venturas. The years have passed, and Jizzy B decided to do something and extend his business area, he contacted his cousin Big J, a gangster in Los Santos, and his old friend, Mike Toreno, who was an ex corrupt-cop stationed in Las Venturas. They were both interested in the idea and immediately started the preparations for their new business. Jizzy B also brought in another friend from Las Venturas, brother of his old partner - T Bone Mendez. It was Opie Mendez. They formed a new criminal group with base in San Fierro, but operative in all three states of San Andreas. This group is known as 'The Loco Syndicate'.
