The problem is that in trailer they actually told all script... So they should not tell the whole story in trailer or they should make more action in movie, which was minimized to the 5 % of all picture...Cos other: 45% hunting a deer, 50% look guys, empty city...

This shows just how un-zombie like these "things" are. They are more like some kind of deranged, demonic and bloodthirsty super human.
