I have decided to compile a list of the words of wisdom which Gandalf has given to players over the years, so that others may look upon his words and understand what the Argonath community stands for.
On ban evadingBan evading does not take a lot of skills, I see no reason why people think it is an accomplishment.
WOW you can ban evade. Do you know that is a skill that is rated one step higher as knowing how to switch your computer on?
On police dutyWhen you assume the cop role all that is required is that you act like one. Nothing more, nothing less.
On being unbannedGetting unbanned is a priviledge, not a right.
On bad ideasScripts should not support laziness and lack of skills.
On improvementThe first step towards improvement is acceptance.
On Russian policeHe is a Russian cop. Be happy you get the opportunity to /gu.
On making a unannounced return after leavingAnyone who announces to leave yet does not announce that he has decided to come back should not be taken seriously in their opinion.
On equalityWe come form a society where we do not complicate our lives with such things as insulting for fun. If in real life I tell one of my friends he is a faggot, I can expect him to punch me out. Even if he is one.
On criticsI have a very open stance with regard to critcism, and prefer to counter by arguments instead of actions.
On loyal playersWe will support those who support us.
On the Argonath communityArgonath has always been a community where people are free to express themselves, as long as they do it without flaming.

On moralsIf a player sends you money by accident, it is your duty to send it back to him. When you do not have the courtesy to send it back if someone makes a mistake, find another server.
On improvementFrom reading what people do not like we can find ways to improve. I have learned more from people who give criticism as from those saying nothing.
On moneyWhen you read our rules and vision, where does it say that it is important to gather money and possesions? They are tools, not targets.
If the only thing you care about is money, get it in real life and do not waste your time here.
On closing serversAs for closing, we rather will open up new servers as close existing ones.
