Howdy.

First of all, you crashed your shamal into LSPD. Secondly, I was only few metres away from your plane along with many other people. Would it have been slightly closer, you would have caused a major DM fest.

First of all in my screen I was at LSAP, with no one and it just exploded. Second I am a player since 2009 so I wont be crazy to get a plane and crash that into LSPD. Third next time try to temp ban or talk with him instant of ban someone immediatly without explain his/her story.

You crashed the plane into LSPD. I was inside a bus along with many Rosso and WS members, which was additionally surrounded by police officers. And the bus was not far from the place where you crashed it into.

And for your information, one of the officers near the bus was also an administrator.

Well you saw me at LSPD and I saw myself at LSAP what can I do? Just dont think this is a proper reason for instant ban, you (janar) as admin should try to talk or let the persons explain before /ban.

It is a proper reason to ban someone and you have no say over what he should do regarding Administration work. 

Now that is out of the way, you cant be in two places at once and with two people saying you were seen at Pershing Square then you must have been there.  Staff aren't going to make up lies just to justify their reason to ban you even more.  If you know the rules then you would know that flying a plane into a area that is somewhat populated is a big no-no.  Since you've been banned what have you learned not to do in future.

Iam not saying administrators are lieing Iam saying what I saw and they said what they saw. Anyway sorry but this isnt the proper way to deal with someone like in my case this is a misunderstading and they just banned me without let me explain. In RS5 /freeze were removed?? If no why dont just /freeze and ask what happen?? Dont want to have work and /ban is easier.

Again you are still trying to dictate on how he should have acted and just shows that you didn't read my last post.  I've seen plenty of stories from people who have played here a long time and said they would never do stupid act's yet they did.  I see no answer to the question in my previous post, if you can answer that it'd be great.

Well at least I can be honest with you otherwise I could say I say sorry for what I did and say sorry for the way I talk about admins and how they act in this situations. But if you prefer a honest guy sure I am here saying I did nothing wrong, since I know blow a plane or a chooper in midle of nowhere is not a ban reason or cant I be a bad driver? If you dont prefer honest guys so sorry for what I did, this wont repeat and sorry Administration for telling you what you should do. By the way I didn't say janar is not following rules I just said this should be handled in other way and expressed my opinion how this should be handled.

I won't change my story just to get unbanned like many people does. With that kinda of atitude you just want me to say what you want to hear and I won't do that. I said the truth so if you want to believe sure, otherwise do what you want.
