I didnt knew that this is a rule break i talked to an admin and told him that i want to make a new account to make a fresh start then i found my self banned

You never talked to another Admin about wanting to make a new account you just went ahead and did it then got caught.  I asked you if you were Taha Sullivan to which you answered yes so you got banned.  You already have more accounts under your name, obviously you haven't read the rules then since it's listed in them in-game and on this very forum.

If u want i can explain everything honestly
First time i logged in it was taha20014taha then i joined sullivan so
I changed my name in the city hall to taha_sullivant and then when i wanted to log in another time i logged in as taha20014taha instead of taha_sullivant then i was promoted so i changed my name again to taha_sullivan and i have done the same mistake then when i kept on playing as taha_sullivan it bugged i lost all my money and everything even if i wanted to do trucking i didnt get money
So i made some new account to make a fresh start because everything was crazy then in these accounts tita_sullivan ....... Didnt worked as well but finaly thor_sullivan worked

Well if your account bugs out there is a sticky topic in SA:MP General to post about it.  When you are unbanned you'll be playing on the first account you created no questions.

Player was seen ingame with the account "Taha200014Taha" just now. As there is no sign of him being unbanned, the account was banned.

... no one told you to go and login as your still banned.  Read what I said on my last post as you CLEARLY misunderstood it, now you can wait longer to be unbanned since I got zero tolerance for people who cant read simple thing's.
