first of all nobody here will tell you how to get the game without buy it

You can get the client here.
You must use the quick connect option to join us. Use the IP 95.141.37.186:7175.
You can run, my PC is old but it  still runs GTA IV.Also, the client has a :habit" of chaging the port to 9999 (In the quick connect option).So, use this.
Extract the file to the IVMP folder that is automatically made in your game, after installing the client.

You should be able to get Grand Theft Auto IV at a Fairly Low price on Steam these days.

I actually just ran that test on my PC to test it, and it said I didn't have the correct requirements. Well, I run completely fine anyway. I think the test incorrect.
