Crashes/fell under the map when I log in

Hi,I have a gta iv:mp account,today went to play a while,then suddenly it crashed and when I relog it spawn me in the sky and it crashes immediately. Now I can't play because I can't resetspawn or anything cuz it will crash when log in,please help.     I think if i can reset spawn it wont crash because when i am at the login screen ( sea) its didnt crash,it just crash when i spawn in the sky,maybe admin can reset my spawn??

For people with similar issues, try rebooting your PC.

Yes, I'm serious. IV:MP does all kinds of weird stuff after you open it a lot of times without restarting computer. This issue became more obvious in Windows 8, since shutting down and booting it up again won't fix these issues because of the fast boot feature (which is enabled by default), which is basically a "lite" hibernation.

Let me tell you a lot of stories about IV:MP doing all kinds of messed up **** after not rebooting the PC for a long time (and only IV:MP!) since I've started playing it in 2011. Became a lot more frequent with Windows 8 (so for me, since May 2013) because of the above mentioned fast boot feature:

-One day, pressing the letter "c" (not on chat) would always crash IV:MP. Fix? Reboot.

-Another day, trying to enter in any vehicle would always crash IV:MP. Fix? Reboot.

-Weird black screens where you can't do anything (not related to timecyc black screens!), HP bar is typically missing, etc (Markk had this once and even told me about it - I never experienced back then. Just very recently (a week or so) I got that. In all these years, lol. Fix? Reboot.

-Flying out of the windshield of a car when you crash it would make you fall under the map (basically collisions disabled) (SleepyDippy saw that happening to me!). Going too deep would crash the game. Fix? Reboot. After the reboot, the game would respawn you when you went too deep (just like San Andreas, etc)

-Idling in a car, without moving at all, would sometimes mess up and make the car change it's position, typically sinking one side of the wheels, or putting the front under the map.Fix? Reboot.

-Crashing instantly after the load screen (so it didn't even show up the Statue of Happiness). Fix? Reboot.


I have also played GTA IV single player for a looooot of hours, and didn't have any issues like these above. An occasional crash (mostly related to a badly placed mods) and that's it.
