You need to give a more detailed explanation of how this would work.

Credit cards are not simply swipe and money is transfered through accounts.

Moreover, ideas where you loan money from the bank/government can be easily abused if not designed properly, example:

NOTE: You own a place which takes credit card with real account.
1. Make fake account 1
2. Use fake account 1 to get a credit card to buy goods from real account untill bank cancels your card from too much debt.
3. Make fake account 2
4. Use fake account 2 to get a credit card to buy goods from real account untill bank cancels your card from too much debt.
5. Make fake account 3
6. Use fake account 3 to get a credit card to buy goods from real account untill bank cancels your card from too much debt.

Then you end up with multiple fake account x with high debt which will never be used and a very rich real account.

The same problem applies to making a bank loan system.

My point was that anything that allows you to get money that you don't have from the government such as loans, can be abused if there are not sufficient safe guards in place.

Back to my original statement for which you are yet to respond, can you give a detailed explanation of how this credit card would work, you need to consider all aspects of a credit card such as:
-Interest
-Credit Card Cancellation
-Money Cheat Prevention
-Basic Credit Card Fees
-Credit Card Eligibility

Implementing a credit card system into VCMP will act very similar to a bank loan system except more convenient and more restricted. By restricted I mean things such as you cannot buy a house or car with a credit card.

Considering this and your initial description of the idea, I do not support implementing a credit card system into VCMP, but you can convince me otherwise if you can figure out and explain a way to make this work. Moreover, if we end up implementing this credit card idea, I would see it reasonable to implement bank loans aswell and maybe even bank cards for EFTPOS and ATM machines.

i think he meant that money from your bank account(the cash u have deposited in ur bank)
is transferred to the bank account of the shop owner which u have bought goods from irrespective of he is ingame or not

this work just like !wire
but the recipient(the shop owner) might not be online, he will just find the cash added to his bank account

this does not include any sort of loan from govt.
its just a transfer of cash from ur bank account to the shop owner's bank account

That sounds more like EFTPOS.

Which do you want, credit card or EFTPOS?

For those who don't know, EFTPOS is when you use your bank card to buy things using a swiping machine (Electronic Funds Transfer Point of Sale). Unlike a credit card, the additional fees are usually much lower and you can only use money that you actually have in the bank, thus you won't risk getting into debt.

Between the two I would preffer EFTPOS but, at this point in time, I do not support the idea of having either. One big problem is that I'm not too sure that you can script EFTPOS with buying weapons at Ammunation and Tools'n'Tools. Since they are the main things people would use EFTPOS for, if they cannot be made to work, it would not be right to have EFTPOS at all.
