first of all me and friend roleplayed and wanted to kidnapp a guy so we roleplayed a little bit suddenly my friend shooted on the roof and they started to shoot so we shoot back for self deffence but we died and i had so much lagg so i did a fast relog and when i just logged in and skyhawk banned me without talking to me or ask me something. and i am verry sorry for that i did i will not make it again sorry.

This is my first ban and also will be my last ban. Im sorry and deserve a new chance. I shouldn't log out of my lag, because it made a huge mistake.

Your ban was issued as a result of a collaborating of rulebreaks over the last week in and a half. Ultimately, after looking into your punishment history, and then spectating you on a report of DMing, I witnessed you and your buddy drive a Packer into a crowd of Police Officers in front of LSPD purposely, get out run up the main entrance stairs and log out, and then log back in within' 1 minute. Take a solid look at your punishment history, you've been around long enough to know the rules and you have been given countless opportunity to fix these issues, yet on a daily basis you continue to break the same rules over and over again, resulting in the disruption of the player base in the SA:MP server. If you really want an unban accept responsibility and await a decision from HQ.

If you're sorry for rulebreaking, why did you decide to drive a truck that was ablaze into a crowd of police officers? This is car-bombing with the intention to mass death match. Why you decided to quit the game afterwards is kinda obvious and I strongly disagree with you that it was lag.

I didnt  see anything as i said i had lag and when i got out from the truck i wanted to be a cop so when i just pressed H To enter the police department suddenly i knew i had lag thats why i relogged as i said before i am sorry for it. thats why i reloged i didnt see anyone.

As how you describe your problem it seems you were desynchronized. A natural cause when you're desynchronized is that you can't see vehicles nor other players. That is for heavy desynchronization.

But I see you change your story from post to post hence I doubt your story a bit. Despite your actions, you've taken responsibility for them and you apologise for them. I'll investigate the matter a bit more thorough then I'll come back with a reply to you. The benefit of doubt may be given, but if this is repeated, next time there won't be so much leniency.

The benefit of doubt will only be given if it matches everything else. If it is proven that you did this with a malicious intent the verdict will land hard.

It is not decided yet, I need to investigate some matters as it says in my post above.

Okay, I've done my research and scrutinized everything.

What happened was that SkyHawk received a report on you for deathmatching, as you had already left the scene when he began to spectate you. As he didn't witness anything from this event he decided to monitor you further to see if you'd do anything more as you had been rulebreaking prior to this ban. Your punishment history displayed that.

SkyHawk witnessed you and your associate taking a truck and driving it into a crowd of police officers. The officers stood on the sidewalk outside LSPD and he clearly saw that the truck was aimed for them. You didn't break nor jump out, you just drove straight into them.

Now what is hard is to really prove you were desynchronized or not. Some staff disagree that you were but you're telling us you were, therefore I will take that into account and say this wasn't your fault entirely. As this is your first ban since the release of RS5 and in general you've behaved except lately, I've decided to review this unban request tomorrow, that means I will unban you if you haven't banevaded. You're being given the benefit of the doubt.

I'll excuse myself as the vehicle was not ablaze as I stated in a previous post.
