Same, I tried and no Changes , I still Cant see the Minimap !

Have you tried to un-install the game and/or the map files?
And did you had any map mod ?

Did u deleted the Rockstar Games map aswell when u uninstalled the game? or even the map in ur documents.

Yeah, I deleted all the Game Folder and installed it Again
