The Ten Green Bottles - Who deserves it?

 Yeah, I'll try to be short and informative as much as I can. As many of you may know the Ten Green Bottles has been the home for the Angels of Death MC for years now.(Dating back to 2009). We've recently lost it due to losing our recognized status, and thus it was set as a Group HQ for the Grove Street Families.
 This ofcourse sparked a beef between the AoD and GSF, as we were taken our long time HQ. The whole thing turned into a conversation in which each side claimed it deserved the Ten Green more than the other.

In defense of the Angels of Death's claim for the bar, I'd like to remind everyone of the openings we had and the hosted Roleplays that have been going on there for years now. Any regular player who's been around long enough should know that. We open the bar and roleplay with anyone who comes in. We also used it as our HQ for business meetings, group hang outs, gambling and everything.

The Grove Street Families said that they use it as a hang out for their group and open it for their members and allies. I'm all good with that, but I'm yet to see an /ad stating the bar's open for business, inviting the other players over.

Ofcourse, I'm not saying that they do not open it or roleplay there but I'm saying things from my point of view.
GSF Leadership, please post your vision on the things as I do not want it to be a one sided discussion start. As for the other players, feel free to state your opinion.

Also, due to the fact you went inactive, GSF took it over, and well they have it set as their HQ. The expression is, "stand on your feet, lose your seat."

I don't see why a third parties assets were even a part of that discussion to begin with.

inactivity on argonath was huge, but how would you know, you were the one of those who went inactive. during that inactivity a group was created, and had high standards when it comes to RP. for keeping the RP alive on argo, ten green bottles are least GSF can get, and i dont see why would you claim any rights on it.

The side who is going to put it to good use not just have it as an accessory in their inventory.  I'd just do something within role-play terms in-game to get a-hold of it, that is if both groups are agreeing to it and ain't going to spit out their dummies afterwards.  Seems most logical option for a reasonable outcome for both sides on who gets it.

Then you should have been there in the re-opening of GSF, Parties, Roleplay etc all were hosted there.

Just because it has a name on the front of it saying "GSF" don't mean AOD cannot use it? If they can't in Role-play terms make something up instead of crying on the forums, make a decent role-play out of this.

ok, so if i promise to host global server rps at corleone HQ every day will i get their villa? thats not how it works. GSF got ten green bottles cos they deserved it, and for your informations there were a lot of rps in ten green bottles hosted by gsf, with or without presence of the other groups. on the other hand AOD was inactive and thats the reason they lost it.

Beside their bikes? they own a Bar in Conference, north-west of Unity station, They do not 'deserve the bar' despite their 'amazing' comeback.

We have maintained this, and it was a managers decision to give is the TGB, we already spoke about you roleplaying there, it's okay.
