All we have is our East LS Bar(Just north of the Ten Green) and a few personal houses in Montgomery. Which were all paid for by members. We lost our faction vehicles so we had to re-buy the bikes for the members. We haven't gotten anything free to "deserve it".

We did buy every vehicle or house before we were ever recognized or in any way 'deserved' it.

As I see it, Ten Green Bottles should be set as a business for the price of $1,500,000.

We use it, we roleplay in it, We own it. unless we are going inactive or sell it it won't be yours.

Okay I am completely lost as of why this is even a topic.

All regarding your events and so on - You have a bar at East LS, it can be used for the roleplay exactly the same way by you then TGB.
TGB is located on grove street and it is and has always been part of grove, we just roleplayed there even when it was in AoD possession, you can do the same, it's an open bar for christ sake, nobody locks it or tells that you're not allowed to go in there.

Just because we do not /ad our every action (Hint to the [NEWS] and open bar stuff) dosen't mean we don't use the bar, it just means we roleplay for ourselves and with everyone who would like to roleplay with us or by themselves in that bar. It's not necessary to use /ad like it's your personal twitter account.

You've got a bar, it gives you all of the abilities TGB did, I don't see an issue here.


As it is a roleplay issue, ROLEPLAY your way out of it, such topics are completely and utterly unnecessary.

Does it matter when he registered? No. You guys went inactive for how long. The property had no purpose just standing there idle.
As for private owned properties they get sold after three months of inactivity.

As of groups gets support with vehicles and group HQ - when the recognised or official status is removed, you loose the script support.

I know for a fact that it was a long standing property for AoD, but you can't come here after months demanding it back just like that.

For private owned properties, not group HQ's. HQ decides who is getting support with vehicles and group HQ.
