No it is not necessary. Unfortunately it is not visible in the screenshot but he has had a hard stop with RS... I warned him Multiple times to leave... He didn't. I thought the Beretta shotgun is sold from /traffic... In Local Amoo Stores you can only buy Combat Shotgun.
