Riccardo Armenti is a successful mobster in Vice City, in the year 1975, cocaine was becoming a large thing in the United States, and Riccardo wanted to control it all. However, there was competition, but this was no obstacle for Riccardo. He ordered 10 of his top soldiers to infiltrate the Colombian Cartel's compound and eliminate David Manuela, the leader of the Colombian Cartel. He was successful. However, there was still some of the cartel left, and they remembered who carried out the murder of David. On the day of July 10th, 1976, 5 of the Cartel members broke into each of the 10 Armenti soldiers' homes at midnight and murdered them in their sleep. Those 10 soldiers were some of his top henchmen, and they were the key to his Network. Riccardo notices danger around, he is always followed by a black Savannah, and a familiar face appears very often. If Riccardo doesn't take whatever he has and vanishes, he will be next. He took his money, and drove to Los Santos, and settled there.

2.Keep the Omerta, do not speak to Outsiders about La Cosa Nostra.
3.Always Roleplay, even if it isn't in your favor.
4.Once accepted into the Network, you must agree to a character kill ICLY posted here, shall it ever be warranted. Only Captains+ can warrant a CK, but it must be agreed by all Captains and ran through me.
5.Always assume you are being listened to by F.B.I or any Government group.
6. Only Soldiers+ can carry out murder's and other crimes involving police officers.
7. NO SPORTS CARS. You must drive only regular sedans/SUV's. (If you know your shit about the Mob, you'd know why.)
8.Every Wednesday, you must give or "kick-up" 30% of all your earnings to your superior. (I.G an Associate to the Soldier they are under, Soldier to the Captain, and so on.
