Try to delete "gta_sa.set" in the directory of "Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files" and then start your game.
None of those solutions work... and it cannot be anything do with my computer directly, as this only happens inside SAMP
Try my old solution but with samp.exe
try to take this File from Anyone , Gta_sa.set , and replace it ,if it dosent work try this start the game then go to the task manager then set the affinity to any one core which is the least used..
Why you speak to me like I know this stuff... I have 4 CPUs (of which I only thought I had 2)... And I have no idea which is used less :s
Try setting it to core 1
