You are applying for a moderator position. Think from a moderator point of view.
You are not the only one to apply and you have three weeks to submit your application.
We expect you to put some effort in it and try to stand out of the crowd.
There is no need to write a 10 pages essay, this is not what we expect.
However try to think about all possibilities. You may think some questions are the same, but they are there for a reason.
