I'm thinking about it since a while. Well, the point is that Argonath is full of different kind of gangs. On daily bases, I'm seeing a new gang coming to Argonath. There're alike 30+ gangs now. Criminals are too much, but people to catch them are not much for them. They're going out of the hand.

The point is that, We're enough with new gangs. We don't need more gangs at the moment. So, I'm requesting to those who're planning to make their gangs, or groups etc..

People can make as many gangs as they want. You cannot prevent people from creating groups. Obviously creating a group and running it is 2 different things.
What I am saying is that let people create as many groups as they want. The real challenge is to keep it going. If the leader succeeds in keeping it going, then I am more than happy to see another new gang to roleplay with.

Edit: Bottom line is that you can't prevent people from creating gangs. That's just unfair.

I laughed when you said that Argonath SA:MP is full of different factions this couldn't be more further from the truth.  If people wish to open a faction they can nothing stopping them but I do wish people would open something that creates some diversity of choice for those wishing to join a faction.

There are surely many groups... but hey we cant control that. But it would be much preferred if groups create a unique experience of roleplay rather than just Mafia and Gangs....

What are you talking about?  State at least 5 gangs out of the 30 you claim that exist, please, because I can only see 18th and GSF (and AoD if you consider it as a gang).

The server is actually full of mafias, because people with low knowledge think they are doing a good job recruiting 30 people daily and going around to boss for teritorries.

I would love to see the ammount of families lowering, but that's because I would love to see the ones with no knowledge in leading to join another family instead. Just because you have members it doesn't mean you can lead the group to success.

However players are not the ones who will stop other players in this case, just live with it because it is someone's right to do so since there's no rule or a requirement set for openning a new group.

There is no problem with people making groups, it's just the way they manage them that is the problem. Even then why must we restrict the freedom to do what you want with what you have?

I do notice groups such as MIB and Hagen that seem to recruit every new player they come across, and there's no problem with that: it shows that they are willing to take responsibility of the recruit and teach him about how the server works and what seems to be the most preferred type of roleplay.

However if that new recruit starts breaking rules, the group's reputation is influenced if he gets punished. As such we expect the leaders of said group to treat their members well.
I've said earlier, if you recruit a member, you are willing to take full responsibility of what he does. He's a member of your group after all, and you lead that group.

Yes, people even go as far as to claim the entire group does wrong by performing terroristic acts such as kidnaps/robberies more than a student attends school but again: why should we restrict them from doing so? It's what they want to do. If they break rules when performing such acts though, they'll be apprehended appropriately.

As time passes, groups come and go.The wheels of time will test them.Besides, what's wrong with new groups? It's always nice to see new faces around Argonath.Rulebreakers are enevetable, that's why we have Moderators and Administrators who are restoring balance between good and evil.

I had a misfortune to encounter that organisation just yesterday. I can safely say that it was worst roleplay expierences i've ever had my entire life. If you call randomly pissing on FBI HQ walls, vomiting, insulting agents mothers and sisters quality roleplay, then there's something wrong with you.

I have nothing against groups like AoD, Corleone, Long Beach, 18th and so on - these organisations that provide high quality roleplay instead of "I keel you and kidnap u cuz u cop okay?" or "You arrest me i kidnap you faker", but those groups who are pretty much just bunch of dmers in one place, recruiting every newb that they see and constantly moan in mainchat must go..

Actually if you are saying that server is full of Mafias then maybe you are right, but not the Quality Mafias, We need more Quality Mafia, not the groups who incite DMing (the problems with most groups here ) and sadly we do not have any solution for this except Banning them because if they keep continuing this then we all know where it is going to be end, and nor we cannot stop them what they are doing and how is their RolePlay even if its pain in the ass for the one who is RPing with them.

The second paragraph especially, people can make groups if they want to, but as they become the leaders of it, they will eventually be responsible for what the group does. If they act like a bunch of apes like your provided example then it's clear their group won't last long, and even their own opportunity to play.

Joining Hamza's post with yours, the "quality roleplay" is something that players provide, and it depends on their skills. Their perception of a mafia is different than others, and the reality at most times. It's unfortunate that some think being a mobster equals being a blatant nuisance to anyone with their "crimes" and master schemes which require potential script abuse to announce their acts...

But as we say: "Lead by example" 
It takes the leader to steer his group in the right direction.

I want to give cred to the groups that actually stick around for a long time. Always when a newcomer gets big, they last for 1-2 months then they are gone. They often split up and ex members create a new group and the cycle goes on.

But I enjoy seeing the cops being outnumbered though.
If I didnt hate to be a cop, I would start a cop group with a tag or whatever.
