If you are suspect that doesn't mean you can go around cops and kill them, suspect job is to escape not to kill cops if you can escape easily there is no need for a shootout then.
And second thing is Roleplay style, if you are a mafia then it doesn't mean their is only a kidnapping RP remained, there are also several other Role Plays  who are good too,
Lets say, there is a situation a man who is kidnapped by a Mafia , now the cops rushed in and surrounded a house from all sides, Now this kind of situations where Mafias can be tested your first job is to escape not just  coming outside by pressing H and start shooting all the cops outside even cops are 4x more than them,

The thing with Hagen, when i started playing on argo, 1 year and like 11 months ago, Hagen was open for the first time. In this 2-year period, the group leaders opened over 10 families (correct me if i'm wrong please), and none of those lasted more than 1 or maybe 2 months (again, correct me if im wrong). If it ain't working then it ain't working, group name won't change a thing. Instead of trying to be original while you obviously lack experience or imagination, you better join someone who can teach you and help you improve yourself.

Thing with the unique things, people either lack experience to open those, or they just don't want to because they're already part of something unique and creative. Also, most of people here want to open more and more families, the thing is theres hardly anything unique or creative in doing so, on a server with over 10 less or more active families.

The problem is not in the amount of groups or their quality. It's cooperation between them. If you wish to be a successful group(Speaking from a few years of experience), you gotta make sure you cooperate with other groups. Only go in conflict with a group when you know the other side and know them OOCly(Out of the game, for those who do not recognize IC/OOC). Speak out the terms of conflict and actually Roleplay it. Because massing up and going to your rival group HQ just to beat them up or talk crap toward them is not really anything.
You gotta work together with other groups in order for your own group to survive.

Nobody would open a MAFIA to teach newcomers.. that's pure bullcrap in my opinion. If I wanted to open a group where I would accept everyone and teach him, it would not be a mafia going around kidnapping and insulting people. People who accept anyone are just power-hungry and like it when they have 20 soldiers ready to assist them in their 'wars' (DM fests).

I lately see a lot of people talking about low RP quality using new mafia names, though if you start actually seeing what's going on you will see that no mafia on the server is roleplaying properly. I won't state incidents as everyone who understands knows what is going on, but yeah, stick your mind to roleplay and not to power, money, shootouts, and police chases, then I'm sure we'll be fine!

You guys didn't get my point. I don't mean that finish the families etc..I'm not pointing out any group/gang or not pissing off to anyone. My point is that making gangs without knowing RP, is not fine, according to me.

You've a work, or you're going to do your job. In the way, you're stopped by a mafia family an they're saying you that, "Stop, you're kidnapped!, Get the f**k out of your car, If you'll not, We'll kill you." If you'll not come out, they'll kill you. Is that RP?

Yesterday, I was stopped by a family, They told me to get out. I was going to RP them but one of them killed me with his combat, That's not fair, is it?

Everyone is free to do whatever he wants....you can't stop them.....If you have a problem with them you're free to leave

Totally agreed with you. I've been in 18th Street, and I've only noticed that there's nothing in this group except, Great kind of RP. All the members of 18th and AoD are well known player in the argonath. They know all the rules, RP etc.

Whats wrong with some good old bullshitting between groups and eventually a shootout? Might sound crazy to you, but that's alot of fun. That's why groups still do it.

It's easy to yell out "DM" and disparage scenarios like that, just because its harsh and straight forward.

18th Street, AoD, and Grove Street families, All are tagless groups. All their members are well known, and good RPers. They know how to RP. So, These are all right.

Now, Onewho registered IG only one month before. After one month, He decided to open a gang/group. He made a topic here. He started his gang/group. Now, the members who will join his gang/group will also be new to server(mostly, not sure about it). They even don't know how to RP. They'll take their gang as RL gang. They'll start killing people.

For example, I've opened a group. Suppose I'm new to server. I don't know how RP. I went to a guy, and tried to rob him. Now, If he has weapons, he'll kill me. Now, I'll be TPed to hospital. I'll find him again, will get weapons and kill him. That's what I'm saying. They even don't know what is the meaning of "don't return after death." This then will get promoted to mass DMing from all of the members of his gang.

My point is that, those who're new to server. Get some experience about the server and it's rules first, Learn how to RP, etc. Join any gang and see how gangs/groups work. This will help them to learn about the basics of opening groups.
