Is the 300,000 loan avaliable to anyone?

If so, how much is the average house and car? will this do it?

I will work hard to pay back by the end of the month anyway :)

A bizz costs between 200k and 450k i think (so, yes sometimes  :)) Oyea, i saw the LV hospital for 600k or somthing like that :-). But you wont find much free...

Look for a bizz and then go do /loan 300000, the money dont go though your money "meter". Then go to the dollar sign at the business and do /purchase :)

just hoping it will stretch to a building, with a backyard of somesort for growing weed?

what is the requirements to grow weed at a business? just to have a back yard?

also can you steal off someones crop?

You can grow weed in weedfields, but for as far as I know, it's not possible in any other places. See the map for the location of those fields.
