So should we stay away to RP at LS-LV highway or what, or other places? Since this affect SAPD exam driving test

Rather then not roleplaying there, make sure there is a way to go through at all times, don't completely block the road, especially not the right lane as the markers are there. And it should be all fine.

Every time we did put barriers there were there because we were assisting SAPD with it's checkpoints, and to make a correct checkpoint you have to block both lanes, otherwise people will just ignore the checkpoint...We will sure try to avoid doing ARA RPs there, but if SAPD asks to help them, we sure will do.
