What advantage do i get when i have to esc for 10 seconds after i have typed /GU? I was just really busy and i did not want to roleplay with the two cops that were harrasing me.

I admit I should not have used such offensive words but i was getting really furious when the cops constantly accused me in ESC abusing which i did not plan to do, i was having an important conversation IRL. And before you tell me " if you do not want to RP then /Q ", i thought about it but then again i thought those two Cop abusers might report me for " /Q abusing " etc. I told them in /EM  that i am really busy IRL atm.
The police officers accused me in speeding, with a faggio which has a max speed of 100km/h i think? And i was doing a wheelie it doesent even take that speed.

Anyways, i wanted to play but then i got interrupted by someone IRL, and i had to ALT tab my game for a sec. I told the officers that i am busy etc. Im sorry for my insults.

It's your own choice to be on the server, just like it is your own responsibility to follow the rules, which also means that you can not go AFK all the time during a role play scene. I am sure the cops had more the sufficient reason to pull you over as I was chatting with one of them in PM, explaining him some rules. The cop gave you a $100 fine, you decided to 'rip the fine' and shout 'fuck you!!!' and drive off, you got suspected and after a while, you got off your scooter, aimed your gun at the cop, shot his armour just to troll him and then surrendered immediately after. You then decided to ESC again, and the cop asked you to stop abusing the ESC button, again, I was just about to ask you something, and you then told him to 'shut the fuck up'. This was the final reason for me to ban you.

This behavior is not allowed at all, if you are unable to roleplay in-game without having to AFK all the time, leave the server so other people do not have to roleplay with a wall, and if you can not, or do not want to roleplay, join another server.

I apologize for my behaviour, I really wish to play on the server but I was intterupted by someone and i just had to ESC for a while. Im sorry and it wont happen again,

Could i request an another admin team member to review my ban since Andrew seems to be inactive. Its been over a week now and i still have no response what is going to happen with me while everyone elses unban requests are being answered.

It's up to a manager to handle your unban request, not up to me. Have patience and await their decision, possibly they have questions for you. You decided to break the rules, so now you'll have to take the responsibility and remain patient.

During your last months of playing, you have collected 12 punishments, not to mention the verbal warnings which are not listed. Among those punishments, there are two permanent bans and a few temporary bans as well.

I will not be investigating what led you to pause during an active roleplay scenario, as you might actually have been busy in real life and in some circumstances you have no time to explain it to others who you are roleplaying with. What I would focus on is how come haven't you learned from your past punishments? Each punishment has a story behind and, along with it, an accurate explanation of the rule you broke and how you could behave in future cases is usually given. This is the doubt I would need you to clarify: if we unbanned you one more time, what should make us sure you will play by the rules from now on? Your punishments history states, indeed, you are not capable to control yourself.

I would like you to be honest with yourself first of all and, secondly, with us: how do you plan to behave if you will be unbanned? Make sure you provide an honest answer, as this one will be your very last chance (assuming you will be given one).

Thanks for the reply. Since I started playing SAMP, I have never played on any other servers than argonath. I really started to like the people and the community. I think when I first started playing on Argonath in late 2012 i didn't appreciate the community or the veteran players and I just came to have fun and not to roleplay in the server. But by time, I started to get to know some of the veteran players, and learn about the " history " of argonath. I felt proud of being part of the community.  If i would get permanetly banned from here, i would probably quit the game. I really wish I could get another chance. If you decide to give me the last chance, I promise I will improve my behaviour significantly. I would be really grateful if you could unban me and i could return to play on the server.
